DIGITAL PRODUCT & REFUND POLICY

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Espejo Limitless offers downloadable digital products, including interactive PDFs, print-at-home PDFs, guides, worksheets, checklists, reference materials, and other digital resources. Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical product will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
2. DIGITAL DELIVERY
After a successful purchase, customers will receive access to the purchased digital product through the delivery method made available at checkout or after purchase. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the device, software, and internet connection needed to receive and use the product.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE GENERALLY FINAL SALE
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded after purchase and cannot practically be returned, purchases of digital products are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or made available for download, except as described in this policy or where a refund is required by applicable law.
4. DUPLICATE PURCHASES OR CHARGES
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, please contact us. We will review the transaction and, when appropriate, correct a duplicate charge or purchase.
5. DOWNLOAD AND FILE-ACCESS PROBLEMS
If you do not receive access to a purchased digital product or experience a problem downloading or opening the file, please contact us for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to provide access to the product or provide a replacement copy when appropriate.
6. DEFECTIVE OR CORRUPTED FILES
If a purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially defective, please contact us and describe the problem. We will first attempt to correct the issue or provide a replacement file. If we are unable to provide a usable copy of the purchased product, we may issue a refund when appropriate.
7. INTERACTIVE PDFS AND DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
Some Espejo Limitless products may contain interactive features such as clickable navigation, links, buttons, form fields, or other PDF functionality. Available features may vary depending on the device, operating system, browser, PDF reader, or software used to open the file. Customers are responsible for using reasonably compatible software and devices. If you experience a compatibility problem, please contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance where possible.
8. PRINT-AT-HOME PRODUCTS
Print-at-home products are digital files intended to be printed by the customer. Printed appearance may vary depending on the printer, paper, ink, print settings, and other equipment used. Differences caused by a customer's printer, paper, ink, or print settings do not by themselves make a digital product defective.
9. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers should review the product description, included features, format, and other available information before purchasing. It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a product is suitable for their intended use and whether they have the equipment or software reasonably necessary to use it.
10. REFUND REQUESTS
Refund requests that fall within an exception described in this policy should be submitted through our Contact page or by email at support@espejolimitless.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the purchase and understand the problem. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to review the request.
11. PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe there is an error involving a purchase, charge, or digital-product delivery, please contact us so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law or through your payment provider.
12. PERSONAL USE AND DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product provides the purchaser with a limited license to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of Espejo Limitless intellectual property. Digital products may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, published, resold, sublicensed, uploaded, or otherwise made available to others without written permission.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Digital Product & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or applicable requirements. When changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page and the Effective Date will be revised when appropriate.
