You do not need an entire weekend to get organized. Spend ten minutes walking your lawn and use these checks to decide your next move.

Your 10-minute check

Identify your grass type. Check mowing height. Clear leaves and debris. Look for bare or thin areas. Decide whether fertilizer is appropriate. Overseed only if it fits your cool-season lawn and local timing. Check weeds and any pre-emergent plan. Adjust watering as growth slows. Note problems to address next spring.

Make a simple plan

Write down the two or three actions that matter most for your lawn right now. A short plan you actually follow is more useful than a long list of treatments you do not need.

Need a deeper diagnosis? Use the Espejo Limitless Lawn Recovery Guide to identify the problem and build a step-by-step recovery plan.
